June 1 2024 Cub Scouts underwent a comprehensive restructuring of rank advancement, introducing a standardized system where each rank now requires six required adventures and two elective adventures. Lion and Arrow of Light ranks were given 16 elective adventures, while Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and Webelos ranks were provided 20 elective adventures.
