May 24 2021 Justice Mojisola Dada adjourned the trial of Nwude and his co-defendants to continue on this date.
February 25 2021 Nwude testified before Justice Mojisola Dada at the Ikeja Special Offences Court, denying knowledge of the source of a $242m transfer into his account. He was on trial alongside two lawyers, Emmanuel Ilechukwu and Roland Kalu, facing 15 counts of document forgery related to a property.
