York Minster, York Festival Trust, and York Mystery Plays Supporters Trust collaborated to produce 'A Resurrection for York', an outdoor performance in the Residents Gardens near Dean's Park. The production celebrated the easing of COVID-19 restrictions and symbolized hope for a brighter future, depicting the experiences following the crucifixion.

York Mystery Plays
York Mystery Plays Supporters Trust (YMPST) launched 'A Nativity for York', a one-hour play directed by Philip Parr, featuring amateur actors and musicians. The production condensed eight original Nativity cycle plays into a single performance, using authentic texts from medieval mystery plays. Performances ran from 12 to 15 December at the Spurriergate Centre in York.
